Turkish Coffee

WHAT YOU NEED
  • Scooper (included in package) or Teaspoon
  • Turkish Coffee Pot or Ibrik
  • Stove or Heat Source
  • 3 oz. Cup
INGREDIENTS
  • 1.5 tsp. Black Goat® Turkish Coffee
  • 3 oz. Cold Water

LET'S BREW

  1. Pour about 3 oz. of water in your pot.

  2. Add 1 scoop or 1.5 teaspoons of Black Goat Turkish Coffee to the cold water, and do not stir.

     

  3. Turn on your stove or heat source to a medium heat.

     

  4. Carefully watch the coffee come to its first boil. The coffee will create a circular foam ring with bubbles. As soon as the coffee comes to a boil and the foam folds, remove the pot immediately from heat before it overflows.

  5. Let the coffee sit for about 30 seconds to a minute before enjoying.

  6. On the left side of the Black Goat Turkish Coffee bag, there is a guide that will help you tell your fortune. You will have to enjoy the coffee until you only get the grounds left on the bottom of the cup. Flip the cup upside down on a saucer to get the grounds off the bottom, then you interpret the pattern that it creates on the cup’s side wall.
