Anderacha town is about 5 kilometers from the Anderacha mill where farmers grow coffee in fertile clay soil. The variety most commonly called “Bourbon” or “Keffa Bourbon” here is not the same as that type that is better-known from Central and South America: Coffees called “Bourbon” colloquially in Ethiopia are typical coffee-berry-disease-resistant cultivars.
