Pour Over

⁰¹ Place the paper filter inside the dripper.

⁰² Wet the filter with a bit of hot water to eliminate the papery taste.

⁰³ Place the dripper with the wet filter on top of your mug or decanter, and then place your setup on the scale.

⁰⁴ Bloom the coffee with 60 grams of water for 45-50 seconds, saturating all the grounds.

⁰⁵ Once 45-50 seconds of blooming is up, pour the boiling water using the kettle at a steady medium rate and a circular motion in the center. Total brew time is about 2.5 minutes.
